My name is Krys, and welcome to my blog – Krys Kestrel.
I created this blog initially as a sort of public diary turned into journal articles. I would try changing my life, then share my experiences and tips with you.
This blog is meant to focus on lifestyle, fitness, health, productivity, and whatever else can help me (and hopefully, you!) get to be living the best life possible.
To keep this introduction post short and sweet, let me just go ahead and start by introducing a few goals of mine that are current:
- go to the gym 2-3 times a week, and get to a healthy state of being
- note: I do not have a specific goal weight I’d like to reach, I just want to do this in order to feel stronger and have more energy in my days
- learn a new language (I’ve chosen German)
- become closer to God
- simplify my life
- create everyday routines
Those are just a few goals I have, and you’ll be able to see my progress and tips on how to achieve these (or similar) goals in the upcoming time on this blog!
